Tates Creek coach Tina Winn started the following lineup: 5-6 So. Haley Blackburn, 5-5 So. Hannah Hamill, 5-9 Sr. Katie Pippen, 5-5 Sr. Lexi Whaley, and 5-6 Sr. Oney Harrison.  Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Sarah Bridenbaugh countered with 5-10 Sr. LaKeena Parks, 5-8 Sr. Lexus Edwards, 6-2 Jr. Brooke Todd, 5-4 Jr. Shakeema Jackson, and 5-4 Sr. Kierra Muhammad.

Paul Laurence Dunbar defeated Tates Creek by a score of 63-52.  Dunbar shot 37.7% from the field including three of 13 from the three point line.  The Lady Bulldogs connected on eight of 14 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 22 Tates Creek turnovers.  Tates Creek shot 36.5% from the field including one of four from beyond the arc.  The Lady Commodores connected on 13 of 26 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 18 Dunbar turnovers.

Brooke Todd led Dunbar with 24 points, 11 rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Lexus Edwards added 17 points including three three point baskets.  Kierra Muhammad chipped in with nine points and five assists.

Katie Pippen led Tates Creek with 21 points and nine rebounds.  Oney Harrison added 12 points and Lexi Whaley chipped in with nine points and four rebounds.
