Sayre coach Scotty Sutton started the following lineup: 5-6 8^th grader Sydney Strup, 5-7 Jr. Hadyn White, 6-3 So. Gabby Bowie, 5-4 Sr. Cammie Croney-Clark, and 5-7 Jr. Molly Manella.  Menifee County coach Paul Ricker countered with 5-8 Sr. Cera Hall, 5-6 Sr. Haley Lane, 5-9 Fr. Ashton Woodard, 5-5 Sr. Paige Warren, and 5-5 Fr. Elizabeth Dotson.

Menifee County scored 23 points off 20 Sayre turnovers in a 55-50 victory.  Menifee County shot 35.4% from the field including three of 11 from the three point line.  The Lady Cats connected on 18 of 23 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and held an 18-7 advantage in free throw points. Sayre shot 43.5% from the field including three of eight from beyond the arc.  The Lady Spartans connected on seven of eight free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored eight points off seven Menifee County turnovers.

Paige Warren led Menifee County with 19 points including three three point baskets and four steals.  Cera Hall added 12 points and Ashton Woodard chipped in with eight points.

Gabby Bowie led Sayre with 27 points, eight rebounds, and 12 blocked shots.  Bowie was 10 of 16 from the field and seven of eight from the free throw line.  Molly Manella added 19 points including eight three point baskets and pulled down eight rebounds.
