Mercy Academy coach Mark Evans started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. Morgan Doherty, 5-9 Sr. Victoria Dircksen, 6-0 So. Malerie Martin, 5-7 Sr. Kayla Richardson, and 5-8 Sr. Whitney Hartlage.  Elizabethtown coach Tim Mudd countered with 6-1 Fr. Erin Boley, 5-8 So. Livie Bowling, 6-2 So. Reaunna Cleaver, 5-4 Jr. Kinsey Mudd, and 5-7 Sr. Anna Bowling.

Mercy Academy captured a 57-44 road victory over Elizabethtown in a game between two of the states traditional basketball powers.  Mercy shot 37.5% from the field including six of 20 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on 15 of 22 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 18 Elizabethtown turnovers.  Elizabethtown shot 31.7% from the field including four of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Panthers connected on 14 of 17 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored five points off 11 Mercy turnovers.

Whitney Hartlage led Mercy with 18 points including four three point baskets and five rebounds.  Kayla Richardson added 15 points, six rebounds, seven assists, and three steals.  Morgan Doherty recorded 14 points.

Erin Boley led Elizabethtown with 19 points and seven rebounds.  Alexis Powell added seven points and Reaunna Cleaver recorded five points and seven rebounds.
