Lafayette coach Mike Mendenhall III started the following lineup: 6-8 Jr. Jackson Davis, 6-8 Sr. Nick Trisko, 6-6 So. Shon Wright, 6-2 Jr. Lance Blakely, and 6-4 Sr. Aaron Evans.  Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus countered with 6-4 Sr. Quan Taylor, 6-1 Sr. Daniel Parke, 6-3 Sr. Hunter Stocker, 6-1 Sr. Ken-Jah Bosley, and 6-1 Sr. Dominique Hawkins.

Madison Central defeated Lafayette by a score of 67-56.  Madison Central shot 40% from the field including four of 15 from the three point line.  The Indians connected on 19 of 25 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored three points off 18 Lafayette turnovers.  Lafayette shot 40.4% from the field including three of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Generals connected on seven of 11 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 11 Madison Central turnovers.

Ken-Jah Bosley led Madison Central with 34 points including four three point baskets and seven rebounds.  Daniel Parke added 10 points, four rebounds, and three steals.  Dominique Hawkins chipped in with nine points and Quan Taylor recorded eight points and seven rebounds.

6-3 Sr. Tranard Chester led Lafayette with 25 points including three three point baskets and four steals.  Jackson Davis added 14 points and seven rebounds.  Nick Trisko recorded nine points and 14 rebounds.
