Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Sarah Bridenbaugh started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. LaKeena Parks, 5-8 Sr. Lexus Edwards, 6-2 Jr. Brooke Todd, 5-4 Sr. Kierra Muhammad, and 5-4 Jr. Shakeema Jackson.  Lexington Catholic coach Scott True countered with 5-8 Sr. Octavia Wilson, 5-8 So. Rachel Blake, 5-9 So. Caroline Lynch, 5-4 So. Bailey Browning, and 5-4 Sr. Sara Cawood.

Paul Dunbar connected on eight of 17 from beyond the arc in a 58-36 victory over Lexington Catholic. Dunbar shot 36.4% from the field including eight of 17 from the three point line.  The Lady Bulldogs connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 20 Lexington Catholic turnovers.  Lexington Catholic shot 34.3% from the field including four of eight from beyond the arc.  The Lady Knights connected on eight of 12 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored six points off 10 Dunbar turnovers.

Lexus Edwards led Dunbar with 22 points including four three point baskets, seven rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Shakeema Jackson added 16 points including four three point baskets.  Brooke Todd chipped in with eight points and six rebounds.  Kierra Muhammad recorded four points, nine rebounds, and nine assists.

Rachel Blake led Lexington Catholic with 15 points and five rebounds.  Octavia Wilson added five points, eight rebounds, and four assists.
