Holy Cross coach Eric Goetz started the following lineup: 6-4 Sr. Travis Gabbard, 6-5 Sr. Will Knochelman, 6-8 Sr. Antonio Campbell, 6-0 Sr. Burt Pouncy, and 6-1 Sr. Christian McClendon. Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-2 Sr. Jalen Haddix, 6-3 Jr. Tony Martini, 6-9 Sr. Jordan Tribble, 6-0 Sr. Quin Richardson, and 6-2 Jr. Trent Gilbert.
Scott County defeated Holy Cross tonight by a score of 90-72. Scott County shot 54.4% from the field including g six of 13 from the three point line. The Cardinals connected on 10 of 11 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 31 points off 22 Holy Cross turnovers. Antonio Campbell led Holy Cross with 23 points including four three point baskets and seven rebounds. Campbell was eight of 11 from the field including four of four from beyond the arc and three of four from the free throw line. 5-9 Fr. Markel McClendon added 14 points and four assists and Travis Gabbard chipped in with 11 points.
