Paul L. Dunbar coach Scott Chalk started the following lineup: 6-2 Sr. William Gary, 6-5 Sr. E.J. Floreal, 6-5 Sr. Eric Trigg, 5-10 Sr. Mike Smith, and 6-0 Jr. Donnie Lewis.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-3 Jr. Tony Martini, 6-2 Sr. Jalen Haddix, 6-9 Sr. Jordan Tribble, 6-0 Sr. Quin Richardson, and 6-2 Jr. Trent Gilbert.

Scott County led 60-31 late in the third quarter on their way to an 86-74 victory over Paul L. Dunbar.  Scott County shot 47.5% from the field including five of 11 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 23 of 27 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 20 Dunbar turnovers.  Dunbar shot 48% from the field including six of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Bulldogs connected on 20 of 33 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 15 Scott County turnovers.

Quin Richardson led Scott County with 34 points including four three point baskets, five rebounds, and five assists.  Richardson was 11 of 23 from the field including four of four from beyond the arc and eight of eight free throws.  Jalen Haddix added 17 points and five rebounds.  Jordan Tribble pulled down 10 rebounds.

E.J. Floreal led Paul Dunbar with 16 points and seven rebounds.  Eric Trigg also scored 16 points including three three point baskets.  Mike Smith and William Gary chipped in with 14 and 13 points respectively.
