Jeffersontown coach Clay Moody started the following lineup: 6-1 Sr. Mikal Howard, 6-0 Jr. Brandon Marshall, 6-3 Jr. Khalid Minor, 5-10 Jr. Daniel Williams, and 6-0 Sr. Moe Hendricks.  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-6 Jr. Trey Grundy, 6-2 So. Jeremiah Tisdale, 6-4 Sr. Gerrard Newby, 6-5 Sr. Darien Tichenor, and 6-0 Jr. Teddy Ware.

Henry Clay defeated Jeffersontown by a score of 78-66.  Henry Clay shot 51.9% from the field including two of 15 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 20 of 32 free throws, pulled down 50 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 19 Jeffersontown turnovers.  Jeffersontown shot 36.5% from the field including seven of 25 from beyond the arc.  The Chargers connected on 13 of 19 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 25 Henry Clay turnovers.

Darien Tichenor led Henry Clay with 17 points and 12 rebounds.  Trey Grundy added 16 points and nine rebounds.  Gerrard Newby chipped in with 11 points and 10 rebounds.  6-1 Jr. Christen Cunningham recorded seven points, five rebounds, and 10 assists.

Moe Hendricks led Jeffersontown with 37 points including five three point baskets.  Brandon Marshall added 12 points.
