Consolation Bracket

 

Johnson Central 76  Bourbon County 47 – 6-6 So. Kyle Gullett led Johnson Central with 24 points including six three point baskets and eight rebounds.  5-11 So. Braxton Blair added 17 points and 5-6 So. Dalton Adkins chipped in with 11 points.  6-0 Jr. Charles “Snoop” Johnson led Bourbon County with 15 points.

 

Lexington Christian Academy 81  Paintsville 68 – 6-4 Sr. Jon Lannertone led LCA with 19 points.  Lannertone was nine of 11 from the field including one of two from the three point line.  6-5 So. Matt Rose added 18 points and 5-10 Sr. Tyler Harville recorded 16 points.  6-1 Sr. Matt Daniels led Paintsville with 25 points including six three point baskets.  6-3 Fr. Matthew Miller added 16 points.

 

George Rogers Clark 73  Somerset Academy Prep (FL) 47 – 6-4 Jr. Khmarkis Blanton led George Rogers Clark with 19 points and nine rebounds.  5-11 So. Jordan Williams, 6-0 Jr. Quinn Cornelius, and 6-2 Jr. Riley Caudill added 13, 11, and 10 points respectively.  6-5 Jr. Deion Pierre led Somerset Academy Prep with 18 points and 12 rebounds.  6-3 Sr. Christian Stephens added 12 points and eight rebounds.  5-10 Sr. Max Diaz also scored 12 points.

 

Perry County Central 82  Ohio County 73 – 5-11 Fr. Braxton Beverly led Perry County Central with 26 points.  6-7 Jr. Justin Johnson added 23 points and 16 rebounds.  6-7 Sr. Dalton Cornett chipped in with 12 points.  6-0 Jr. Trevor Lewis led Ohio County with 22 points including four three point baskets.  6-4 Sr. Preston Lambrich added 20 points including four three point baskets.  6-0 Jr. Trent Hall added 12 points on four three point baskets.  6-7 Jr. B.J. Morse recorded 11 points and seven rebounds.

 

Fayette County (GA) 59  Bishop Brossart 55 – 6-5 Jr. Dante Sterling led Fayette County (GA) with 18 points and 11 rebounds.  6-2 Jr. C.J. Johnson added 17 points and 5-8 Jr. Kelvin King chipped in with 10 points.  6-2 Sr. Justin Saunders led Bishop Brossart with 19 points and 6-6 Jr. Drew Burns added 15 points and nine rebounds.

 

Butler 57  Dixie Heights 44 – 6-2 So. William Johnson, 5-11 Sr. Rashawn Farrell, and 5-11 Sr. Terry Harbin led Butler with 16, 12, and 10 points respectively.  6-3 Jr. Brandon Hatton led Dixie Heights with 19 points including three three point baskets and seven rebounds.

 

Princeton (OH) 52  John Hardin 51 – 6-3 Sr. Darius Hilson scored on a last second basket to give Princeton the victory.  Hilson led the victors with 25 points and seven rebounds.  5-8 Sr. Dorian Jordan added 11 points and six assists.  5-7 Sr. Brandon Price led North Hardin with 17 points and 6-3 Sr. Daveon Greene added 12 points.

Lexington Catholic 74  Roger Bacon (OH) 66 (Semifinal) – 5-11 Sr. Dillon Avare led Lexington Catholic with 21 points including five three point baskets and seven rebounds.  6-5 So. Tanner Johnson added 13 points including three three point baskets and 6-9 Sr. Jack Whitman chipped in with 13 points and nine rebounds.  6-2 So. Jarod Griffin added 12 points including 10 of 11 free throws.  6-3 Jr. Austin Frentsos led Roger Bacon with 26 points.  6-4 Jr. Carlas Jackson and 6-4 Sr. Erik Edwards added 18 and 11 points respectively.

 

Henry Clay 57  Knott County Central 55 (Semifinal) – 6-6 Jr. Jordan Green hit a layup with one second left on the clock to give Henry Clay the victory.  6-1 Jr. Christen Cunningham led Henry Clay with 17 points.  6-4 Jr. Jordan Green added 12 points and five assists.  6-6 Jr. Trey Grundy recorded 10 points and nine rebounds.  6-2 So. Camron Justice led Knott County Central with 23 points and 11 rebounds.  6-7 So. Evan Hall added 15 points and six rebounds.
