Grant County coach Jim Hicks started the following lineup: 6-2 Jr. Luke O’Nan, 6-0 Jr. Tyler Carr, 6-4 Jr. Aaron Hicks, 5-11 So. Austin Johnson, and 5-11 Jr. Logan Cummins.  Woodford County coach Scott Hundley countered with 6-3 Sr. Curtis Ham, 6-0 Sr. Jalin Raglin, 6-5 Sr. Chase Henderlight, 5-11 Jr. Chris Honabach, and 5-11 Jr. Eli Boggess.

Woodford County led 16-5 after the first  quarter on their way to a 53-39 victory over Grant County.  Woodford County shot 48.7% from the field including zero of eight from the three point line.  The Yellow Jackets connected on 15 of 25 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 18 Grant County turnovers.  Grant County shot 26.4% from the field including two of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Braves connected on nine of 18 from the free throw line, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 17 Woodford County turnovers.

Eli Boggess led Woodford County with 12 points and eight rebounds.  6-5 Sr. Landen Young added 11 points and eight rebounds.  Chase Henderlight chipped in with 10 points.

Aaron Hicks and 5-10 Sr. Austin Anglin led Grant county with eight points each.  6-4 So. Jordan Saylor added seven points and Tyler Carr scored six points and pulled down 12 rebounds.
