Orem (UT) coach Golden Holt started the following lineup: 6-5 Sr. Jordan Darger, 6-3 Jr. Cooper Holt, 6-7 Jr. Dalton Nixon, 6-2 Sr. Zach Hunsaker, and 6-2 Jr. Quinn Peters.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-3 Jr. Tony Martini, 6-2 Sr. Jalen Haddix, 6-9 Sr. Jordan Tribble, 6-0 Sr. Quin Richardson, and 6-2 Jr. Trent Gilbert.

Scott County defeated Orem (UT) by a score of 57-44.  Scott County shot 33.3% from the field including three of 13 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 18 of 25 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 19 Orem (UT) turnovers.  Orem (UT) shot 35.7% from the field including three of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Tigers connected on 11 of 15 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored nine points off 13 Scott County turnovers.

Trent Gilbert led Scott County with 25 points including three three point baskets and five rebounds.  Quin Richardson added 15 points including nine of 12 free throws.  Tony Martini pulled down 10 rebounds.

Dalton Nixon led Orem (UT) with 14 points and eight rebounds.  Jordan Darger added 10 points and 10 rebounds.  Cooper Holt also scored 10 points.
