Berea coach Cameron Jackson started the following lineup: 6-3 Jr. Trey Terrill, 6-2 So. Andy Allen, 6-6 Sr. Daniel Hubbard, 5-10 Sr. Eli Woodie, and 5-11 So. Dustin Kates.  Sayre coach Ted Hall countered with 6-0 Jr. Martin Durmov, 6-0 Sr. Duncan Courtney, 6-3 So. Quinn Pergande, 5-9 Sr. Ben Davis, and 6-0 Jr. Justin Sanders.

Sayre scored 30 points off 22 Berea turnovers in a 65-43 victory.  Sayre shot 37.9% from the field including seven of 13 from the three point line.  The Spartans connected on 14 of 27 free throws and pulled down 37 rebounds.  Berea shot 32.6% from the field including two of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Pirates connected on 13 of 17 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 11 Sayre turnovers.

Justin Sanders led Sayre with 24 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and six steals.  Quinn Pergande added 13 points and eight rebounds.  Ben Davis chipped in with nine points.

Andy Allen led Berea with 13 points.  Trey Terrill added 11 points and Daniel Hubbard chipped in with seven points and six rebounds.
