Franklin County coach Tommy Johnson started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Conner Meyer, 6-2 So. Ryan Schneider, 6-3 Jr. Chris Roberts, 5-11 Jr. Rylan Rowe, and 6-0 Jr. Lorenzo McCaskell.  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-6 Jr. Trey Grundy, 6-2 So. Jeremiah Tisdale, 6-4 Sr. Gerrard Newby, 6-0 Jr. Teddy Ware, and 6-1 Jr. Christen Cunningham.

Henry Clay jumped out to an early 27-10 first quarter lead and was never threatened in a 91-54 victory over Franklin County.  Henry Clay shot 54.3% from the field including five of 15 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 29 points off 20 Franklin County turnovers.  Franklin County shot 32.8% from the field including five of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Flyers connected on 11 of 19 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 13 Henry Clay turnovers.

Christen Cunningham led Henry Clay with 20 points and seven assists.  6-4 Jr. Jordan Green and 6-0 Jr. Teddy Ware added 19 and 14 points respectively.  6-5 Sr. Darien Tichenor and Trey Grundy also reached double figures with 10 points each.

Rylan Rowe led Franklin County with 18 points including three three point baskets.  Lorenzo McCaskell added 13 points and Chris Roberts recorded nine points and 12 rebounds.
