Holy Cross coach Erik Goetz started the following lineup: 6-5 Sr. Will Knochelman, 6-0 Sr. Burt Pouncy, 6-8 Sr. Antonio Campbell, 5-9 Fr. Markel McClendon, and 5-11 Sr. Blake Tiberi.  Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus countered with 6-1 Sr. Daniel Parke, 5-9 Sr. George Walker, 6-3 Sr. Hunter Stocker, 6-1 Sr. Ken-Jah Bosley, and 6-1 Sr. Dominique Hawkins.

Madison Central defeated Holy Cross by a score of 72-53.  Madison Central shot 38.4% from the field including five of 23 from the three point line.  The Indians connected on 11 of 18 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 20 Holy Cross turnovers.  Madison Central attempted 25 more shots (73-48) than Holy Cross.  Holy Cross shot 41.7% from the field including eight of 23 from beyond the arc.  The Indians connected on five of 11 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored five points off eight Madison Central turnovers.

Dominique Hawkins led Madison Central with 21 points, eight rebounds, three assists, and five steals.  Ken-Jah Bosley added 19 points, eight rebounds, and three assists.  Hunter Stocker chipped in with eight points, 11 rebounds, and three assists.

Antonio Campbell led Holy Cross with 22 points, 16 rebounds, seven assists, and three blocked shots.  Markel McClendon added 14 points.  Burt Pouncy recorded nine points on three three point baskets.
