West Jessamine  vs.  Boyle County (Boys)

West Jessamine coach Damon Kelley started the following lineup: 6-3 Jr. Tanner Richards, 6-2 Sr. Robby Irgang, 6-4 Sr. Chase Fain, 6-0 Jr. Will Henderson, and 6-3 Jr. Daulton Peters.  Boyle County coach Steve Adams countered with 6-3 Sr. Aram Martin, 6-1 Sr. Devin True, 6-7 Jr. Micah Miniard, 6-0 Sr. Brett Jones, and 6-0 So. Hagan Tyler.

West Jessamine outscored Boyle County 23-9 in the third quarter on their way to a 69-55 victory.  There were 12 lead changes and seven ties in this game.  West Jessamine shot 48.3% from the field including seven of 12 from the three point line.  The Colts connected on four of seven free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 18 Boyle County turnovers.  Boyle County shot 34% from the field including two of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Rebels connected on 19 of 27 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored nine points off 16 West Jessamine turnovers.

Chase Fain led West Jessamine with 30 points including four three point baskets, 15 rebounds, and three steals.  Daulton Peters added 18 points and eight rebounds. 

Hagan Tyler led Boyle County with 23 points including 14 of 17 free throws and six rebounds.  Micah Miniard added 13 points and 10 rebounds.
