Bryan Station coach Mike Allen started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Larry Morton, 6-2 Jr. Daquice Allen, 6-3 Sr. Tyler Smith, 6-0 Jr. Jordan Henry, and 6-1 Jr. Marcellous Washington. Franklin County coach Tommy Johnson countered with 6-3 Sr. Conner Meyer, 6-2 So. Ryan Schneider, 6-3 Jr. Chris Roberts, 6-2 Jr. Sam McKey, and 6-0 Sr. Jimmy Harrod.
Bryan Station earned a 62-59 victory over Franklin County for a hard-earned road victory. Franklin County led 30-17 in the second quarter but Bryan Station rallied for the victory. Bryan Station shot 36.5% from the field including eight of 24 from the three point line. The Defenders connected on 16 of 25 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 19 Franklin County turnovers. Bryan Station attempted 13 more shots (52-39) from the field than Franklin County. Franklin County shot 51.3% from the field including four of 11 from beyond the arc. The Flyers connected on 15 of 21 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 14 points off nine Bryan Station turnovers.
Larry Morton led Bryan Station with 18 points including four three point baskets. Marcellous Washington added 15 points including three three point baskets. Jordan Henry chipped in with nine points and seven rebounds. Tyler Smith recorded nine points and five rebounds.
Ryan Schneider led Franklin County with 17 points. Chris Roberts added 12 points and 11 rebounds. Jimmy Harrod and Conner Meyer chipped in with nine and eight points respectively.
