Perry County Central coach Randy Napier started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. Randi-Carol Napier, 5-10 Sr. Pam Sebastian, 6-0 Jr. Kayla Rankin, 5-4 So. Whitney Evans, and 5-6 Sr. Whitney Back.  Scott County coach Steve Helton countered with 6-0 Jr. Tereka Guyn, 5-8 Fr. Bailey Hawkins, 6-0 Jr. Iman Guy, 5-7 Jr. Danielle DeFoor, and 5-8 Sr. Laura Szorenyi.

Perry County Central defeated Scott County by a score of 69-53.  The score was tied nine times and there were seven lead changes in the game.  Perry County Central shot 33.9% from the field including five of 26 from the three point line.  The Lady Commodores connected on 22 of 32 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 19 Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 44.4% from the field including two of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cardinals connected on 11 of 21 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored three points off three Perry County Central turnovers.

Kayla Rankin led Perry County Central with 37 points and 11 rebounds.  Rankin was 11 of 18 from the field and 15 of 20 from the free throw line.  Whitney Back added 15 points including three three point baskets.

Tereka Guyn led Scott County with 31 points and 18 rebounds.  Guyn was 14 of 14 from the field and three of six from the free throw line.  Laura Szorenyi added eight points.
