Lexington Catholic coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-8 So. Rachel Blake, 5-8 Sr. Octavia Wilson, 5-9 So. Caroline Lynch, 5-4 So. Bailey Browning, and 5-4 Sr. Sara Cawood.  Lexington Christian Academy coach Jason Seamands countered with 6-0 So. Savannah Compton, 5-7 Sr. Kristin Rinehart, 6-1 Jr. Holly Huellemeir, 5-4 8^th grade Carah Burdette, and 5-7 Jr. Katelin Bundy.

Lexington Catholic broke open the game with a 21-4 run in the third quarter on their way to a 51-29 victory over Lexington Christian Academy.  Lexington Catholic shot 36.7% from the field including nine of 23 from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on six of 10 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 15 LCA turnovers.  LCA shot 25% from the field including three of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Eagles connected on six of 15 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored eight points off 11 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Rachel Blake led Lexington Catholic with 16 points including three three point baskets and six rebounds.  Octavia Wilson added 11 points and four assists.  5-5 Jr. Suzanne Miller chipped in with eight points including two three point baskets.

5-5 Fr. Allison Brooks led LCA with eight points including two three point baskets.  Kristin Rinehart scored seven points and dished out three assists.  Katelin Bundy added six points.  Holly Huellemeir recorded five points and six rebounds.  Savannah Compton pulled down 15 rebounds.
