Sayre coach Scotty Sutton started the following lineup: 5-6 8^th grade Sydney Strup, 5-5 Fr. Jesse Klus, 6-3 So. Gabby Bowie, 5-6 Jr. Hadyn White, and 5-8 Jr. Molly Manella.  Scott County coach Steve Helton countered with 6-0 Jr. Tereka Guyn, 5-8 Fr. Bailey Hawkins, 6-0 Jr. Iman Guy, 5-7 Fr. Danielle DeFoor, and 5-8 Sr. Laura Szorenyi.

Scott County scored 33 points off 27 Sayre turnovers in a 75-50 victory.  Scott County shot 37.3% from the field including six of 22 from the three point line.  The Lady Cardinals connected on 19 of 31 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and attempted 25 more shots (67-42) from the field than Sayre.  Sayre shot 38.1% from the field including one of one from beyond the arc.  The Lady Spartans connected on 17 of 24 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored eight points off nine Scott County turnovers.

Laura Szorenyi led a balance Scott County attack with 18 points and six assists.  Bailey Hawkins added 16 points including four three point baskets.  Tereka Guyn recorded 15 points, 13 rebounds, and four steals.  Danielle DeFoor also recorded 15 points.  Iman Guy added six points, 12 rebounds, and three blocked shots.

Molly Manella led Sayre with 25 points and 10 rebounds.  Gabby Bowie added 14 points, 12 rebounds, and eight blocked shots.
