Lexington Christian Academy coach Brad Carter started the following lineup: 6-6 Jr. Matt Rose, 6-4 Jr. Benton Nighbert, 6-5 Sr. Michael Young, 5-10 Jr. Joe Davis, and 5-10 Jr. John Stein.  Christian Academy of Louisville coach Casey Smallwood countered with 6-4 Sr. Tony Colley, 6-3 Sr. Zac Passafume, 6-6 Sr. Max Duff, 5-7 Sr. Colton Talley, and 5-10 So. Gregory Frist.

Lexington Christian Academy led 28-16 early in the second quarter and held on for a 63-62 victory over Christian Academy of Louisville.  There were 17 lead changes and eight ties in the game.  LCA shot 39.6% from the field including four of 19 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 17 of 24 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 11 CAL turnovers.  CAL shot 40% from the field including four of nine from beyond the arc.  The Centurions connected on 18 of 25 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 10 LCA turnovers.

Matt Rose led LCA with 15 points.  Michael Young added 12 points and five rebounds.  6-2 So. Trevor Hill chipped in with 11 points.  5-11 Jr. Drew Schacht pulled down seven rebounds.

Tony Colley led CAL with 13 points and six rebounds.  Gregory Frist added 11 points including three three point baskets.  Max Duff also recorded 11 points.  Zac Passafume chipped in with eight points and seven rebounds.
