Lexington Christian Academy coach Brad Carter started the following lineup: 6-6 Jr. Matt Rose, 6-7 Jr. Drew Trimble, 6-5 Sr. Michael Young, 5-10 Jr. John Stein, and 6-2 So. Trevor Hill.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-3 Sr. Tony Martini, 6-1 Sr. Matt Murray, 7-1 So. Raekwon Long, 6-1 Sr. Teddy Ware, and 6-2 Sr. Trent Gilbert.

Scott County defeated Lexington Christian Academy by a score of 93-64.  Scott County shot 57.9% from the field including 10 of 18 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 17 of 25 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 22 LCA turnovers.  LCA shot 33.9% from the field including five of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on 21 of 27 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 16 Scott County turnovers.

Trent Gilbert led Scott County with 30 points including four three point baskets, four rebounds, three assists, and four steals.  Teddy Ware added 19 points including four three point baskets, six rebounds, and four steals.  Tony Martini recorded 11 points, five rebounds, four assists, and seven steals.  Raekwon Long chipped in with 10 points, eight rebounds, and three blocked shots.

Matt Rose led LCA with 21 points and five rebounds.  Drew Trimble added 13 points and eight rebounds.  Trevor Hill chipped in with 11 points.
