Mercy Academy coach Keith Baisch started the following lineup: 6-0 Fr. Elizabeth Anderson, 5-9 Jr. Kathryn Gross, 6-0 Jr. Malerie Martin, 5-3 So. Jess Laemmle, and 5-6 Jr. Hannah Bewley.  Jeffersontown coach Stephanie Doepke countered with 5-8 So. Bailey McWhirter, Pearl, 5-10 Sr. Kristen Martin, 5-4 Sr. Uriah Newell, and 5-6 Fr. Jessica Molestina.

Mercy Academy defeated Jeffersontown by a score of 58-23.  Mercy shot 34.3% from the field including six of 16 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on eight of 10 free throws, pulled down 44 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 39 Jeffersontown turnovers.  Jeffersontown shot 24.1% from the field including one of eight from beyond the arc.  They connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored six points off 23 Mercy turnovers.

Hannah Bewley and Elizabeth Anderson led Mercy with 11 points each.  5-3 So. Maria Schmitz and Jess Laemmle each scored eight points.  Malerie Martin pulled down six rebounds and recorded four steals.  Mari Schmitz also recorded four steals.

Pearl led Jeffersontown with eight points.  Kristen Martin added five points and 11 rebounds.
