Hargrave Military Academy coach AW Hamilton started the following lineup: 6-8 Post Grad Rashard Kelly, 6-8 Post Grad Jabari McGhee, 6-8 Post Grad Donte Grantham, 6-4 Post Grad Ahmad Thomas, and 6-7 Sr. Trey Grundy.  Dayton Dunbar coach Peter Pullen countered with 6-2 Sr. Jordan Smith, 6-1 Sr. William Green, 6-3 So. Tarrance Landers, 5-9 Jr. AJ Harris, and 5-10 Jr. Doriane Dawson.

Hargrave Military Academy defeated Dayton Dunbar by a score of 74-69.  Hargrave shot 40.9% from the field including four of 20 from the three point line.  The Tigers connected on 16 of 25 free throws, pulled down 44 rebounds, and scored 26 points off 22 Dayton Dunbar turnovers.  Dayton Dunbar shot 42.4% from the field including one of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Wolverines connected on 18 of 20 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 22 Hargrave turnovers.

Jabari McGhee led Hargrave with 27 points and 19 rebounds.  Rashard Kelly added 16 points and seven rebounds.  Donte Grantham recorded seven points, eight rebounds, and four assists.

AJ Harris led Dunbar with 21 points, five rebounds, and four assists.  William Green added 20 points, 13 rebounds, and four steals.  Doriane Dawson recorded 12 points.
