Trinity coach Mike Szabo started the following lineup: 6-5 Jr. Jax Levitch, 6-3 Sr. Craig Owens, 6-10 Jr. Raymond Spalding, 5-10 Sr. Trey Ivory, and 6-2 Jr. Michael Stafford.  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-6 Sr. Jordan Green, 6-2 Jr. Jeremiah Tisdale, 6-3 So. Jordan Houston, 5-8 Sr. Campbell Setzer, and 6-0 Jr. Felix Wilson.

Trinity raced out to an 18-7 first quarter lead on their way to a 58-50 victory over Henry Clay.  Trinity shot 38.3% from the field including seven of 19 from the three point line.  The Shamrocks connected on 15 of 21 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored eight points off six Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 32.7% from the field including two of nine from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on 16 of 26 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 11 Trinity turnovers.

Raymond Spalding led Trinity with 21 points, 16 rebounds, and four blocked shots.  6-4 Jr. David Ramser added nine points on three three point baskets.  Michael Stafford chipped in with seven points.

Jordan Green led Henry Clay with 27 points and nine rebounds.  Jeremiah Tisdale added 13 points.  Jordan Houston recorded seven points and eight rebounds.
