Lexington Christian Academy coach Nick Cann started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Claire Panter, 5-8 Jr. Haley Strunk, 6-0 Sr. Holly Huellemeier, 5-4 So. Hannah Hartley, and 5-8 Sr. Katelin Bundy.  Lexington Catholic coach Scott True countered with 5-8 Jr. Rachel Blake, 5-9 Jr. Caroline Lynch, 5-10 Sr. Hannah Gadberry, 5-5 Jr. Bailey Browning, and 5-5 Sr. Suzanne Miller.

Lexington Catholic led 31-27 at halftime and shot a sizzling 63.6% from the field in the second half to pull away for a 72-46 victory over Lexington Christian Academy.  Lexington Catholic shot 51.1% from the field including 13 of 21 from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on 11 of 13 from the free throw line, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 14 LCA turnovers.  Lexington Christian Academy shot 34% from the field including seven of 23 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Eagles connected on five of eight free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 11 LCA turnovers.

Bailey Browning recorded a rare triple-double and led Lexington Catholic with 21 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists.  Browning was seven of nine from the field including six of six from the three point line, and one of two from the free throw line.  Rachel Blake added 20 points including four three point baskets.  Caroline Lynch chipped in with 10 points and five rebounds.

Holly Huellemeier led LCA with 11 points and nine rebounds.  Katelin Bundy also scored 11 points including three three point baskets and four assists.  Hannah Hartley recorded 10 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, and five assists.
