Sayre coach Rob Goodman started the following lineup: 6-4 Sr. Henry Wolf, 6-3 Sr. Martin Durmov, 6-6 Jr. Quinn Pergande, 6-0 So. Alex Webb, and 6-2 Sr. Justin Sanders.  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-6 Sr. Jordan Green, 6-2 Jr. Jeremiah Tisdale, 6-3 So. Jordan Houston, 5-8 Sr. Campbell Setzer, and 6-0 Jr. Felix Wilson.

Henry Clay raced out to a 26-7 first quarter lead on their way to a 90-49 victory over Sayre.  Henry Clay shot 50.7% from the field including 10 of 23 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 12 of 18 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 34 points off 21 Sayre turnovers.  Sayre shot 39.5% from the field including nine of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Spartans connected on 10 of 19 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored five points off six Henry Clay turnovers.

Jordan Green led Henry Clay with 18 points and five rebounds.  Jeremiah Tisdale added 14 points and four steals.  5-6 Jr. Dakhari Campbell chipped in with 12 points on four three point baskets.

Martin Durmov led Sayre with 17 points including four three point baskets.  Justin Sanders added 15 points including two three point baskets and eight rebounds.
