Adair County coach James Turner started the following lineup: 5-8 So. Alex Keltner, 5-7 So. Beth Owens, 5-9 Jr. Harlee Smock, 5-3 Sr. Kassidi Taylor, and 5-7 So. Brooklyn Coomer.  Elizabethtown coach Tim Mudd countered with 6-2 So. Erin Boley, 5-9 Jr. Livie Bowling, 6-2 Jr. Reauna Cleaver, 5-7 So. Rachel Warden, and 5-8 Jr. Darien Huff.

Elizabethtown defeated Adair County by a score of 77-26.  Elizabethtown shot 57.4% from the field including eight of 20 from the three point line.  The Lady Panthers connected on seven of 11 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 16 Adair County turnovers.  Adair County shot 23.3% from the field including two of 12 from beyond the arc.  They connected on four of six free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and scored three points off 12 Elizabethtown turnovers.

Erin Boley led Elizabethtown with 23 points and nine rebounds.  Darien Huff added 14 points and Reauna Cleaver chipped in with 11 points and seven rebounds.  Livie Bowling recorded nine points and four steals.

Kassidi Taylor and Alex Keltner led Adair County with seven points each.  Beth Owens and Harlee Smock added five points each.
