Clay County erased a 12 point deficit in the final quarter to nip Corbin 79-78 on a layup by Ajaycia Cotton with two seconds left on the clock.  Clay County was 22 of 28 from 2-point range and six of 22 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Tigers connected on 17 of 27 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and committed nine turnovers.  Corbin was 14 of 30 from 2-point range and 10 of 20 beyond the arc.  The Lady Redhounds connected on 20 of 26 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and committed 10 turnovers.

5-5 Jr. Ajaycia Cotton led Clay County with 27 points including three three point baskets and five assists.  5-10 Sr. Sara Robinson added 16 points and eight rebounds.  6-0 Jr. Courtney Woods recorded 13 points and 11 rebounds and 5-10 So. Kelli Roberts also reached double figures with 13 points and four rebounds.

5-6 Sr. Miranda Wilson and 5-8 Sr. Sarah Ashley led Corbin with 18 and 17 points respectively.  5-8 Sr. Kayla Wilson added 14 points.
