Lafayette coach Mike Mendenhall III started the following lineup: 6-6 So. Ross Jenkins, 6-4 Sr. Lance Blakley, 6-9 Sr. Jackson Davis, 5-11 Sr. Dequise Robinson, and 5-11 So. Harrison Lane.  Tates Creek coach Wayne Breeden countered with 6-2 Sr. Ian Davis, 6-1 Jr. Desmond Duke, 6-5 Jr. Jordan Fucci, 5-11 Sr. Blake Rose, and 6-0 Sr. Tanner Hart.

Lafayette defeated Tates Creek by a score of 76-54.  Lafayette shot 45.9% from the field including three of 14 from the three point line.  The Generals connected on 17 of 23 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 17 Tates Creek turnovers.  Tates Creek shot 50% from the field including four of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Commodores connected on eight of 21 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored seven points off eight Lafayette turnovers.

Jackson Davis led Lafayette with 24 points and eight rebounds.  Ross Jenkins added 14 points and six rebounds.  Jenkins was six of seven from the field and two of two from the free throw line.

Jordan Fucci led Tates Creek with 19 points including three three point baskets and six rebounds.  Ian Davis added 12 points.  Desmond Duke recorded eight points, five rebounds, and three assists.
