Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-6 Sr. Jordan Green, 6-2 Jr. Jeremiah Tisdale, 6-3 Jr. Colby Barnes, 5-8 Sr. Campbell Setzer, and 6-0 Jr. Felix Wilson.  Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Scott Chalk countered with 6-3 So. Darius Williams, 6-0 Jr. PJ Corio, 6-2 Sr. Jordan Hurst, 6-0 Sr, Donnie Lewis, and 6-0 Fr. Taveion Hollingsworth.

Henry Clay pulled away in the final quarter to earn a 69-59 victory over Paul Laurence Dunbar.  There were eight lead changes and 11 ties in this contest.  Henry Clay shot 48.7% from the field including one of four from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 30 of 56 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 13 Dunbar turnovers.  Dunbar shot 39.7% from the field including one of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Bulldogs connected on 12 of 27 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored eight points off 12 Henry Clay turnovers.  Dunbar was whistled for 39 personal fouls tonight.

Jordan Green led Henry Clay with 35 points including 15 of 25 free throws and pulled down eight rebounds.  Jeremiah Tisdale added 13 points and five rebounds.  6-3 So. Jordan Houston chipped in with eight points and seven rebounds.

Darius Williams led Dunbar with 24 points.  Donnie Lewis added 16 points and three assists.  6-0 Sr. Troy Black chipped in with 14 points and five rebounds.  Jordan Hurst pulled down nine rebounds.
