Lexington Catholic coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-8 Jr. Rachel Blake, 5-9 Jr. Caroline Lynch, 5-10 Sr. Hannah Gadberry, 5-5 Jr. Bailey Browning, and 5-5 Sr. Suzanne Miller.  Bryan Station coach Shawn Ransom countered with 5-9 Sr. Lakeysha Stennis, 5-9 So. Jamayah Fields, 5-10 Sr. Victoria McCoy, 5-5 Jr. Zaria Elery, and 5-9 So. Destiny Cozart.

Bryan Station led 21-20 at halftime but Lexington Catholic rallied fueled by seven second half three point baskets to defeat Bryan Station 50-38.  There were 10 lead changes and two ties in the game,  Lexington Catholic shot 33.3% from the field including 10 of 28 from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on four of five free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 15 Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 34.1% from the field including five of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Defenders connected on three of six free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored seven points off 13 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Rachel Blake led Lexington Catholic with 15 points on five three point baskets, seven rebounds, and three assists.  Bailey Browning added 10 points including three three point baskets and six assists.  Suzanne Miller chipped in with 10 points and six rebounds.  6-0 Fr. Mallie Cornett recorded seven points and five rebounds.

Lakeysha Stennis led Bryan Station with 19 points including three three point baskets and seven rebounds.  Destiny Cozart added 10 points and five steals.  Jamayah Fields pulled down 10 rebounds.
