Lexington Christian Academy Brad Carter started the following lineup: 6-7 Jr. Drew Trimble, 6-4 Jr. Benton Nighbert, 6-3 So. Justin DeMoss, 5-10 Jr. John Stein, and 6-2 So. Trevor Hill.  Frankfort coach Nick Barton countered with 6-4 So. Anthony Robinson, 6-2 Jr. Travis Skelton, 6-4 Jr. Jeff Quire, 5-10 Jr. Jalen Washington, and 6-1 So. Matthew Smith.

LCA led 27-25 at halftime but outscored Frankfort 16-3 in the third quarter to pull away for a 62-47 victory.  The game was tied eight times and there were eight lead changes in the game.  LCA shot 48% from the field including two of 13 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 22 of 37 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds,and scored nine points off 12 Frankfort turnovers.  Frankfort shot 30.9% from the field including four of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Panthers connected on nine of 13 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 14 LCA turnovers.

Drew Trimble led LCA with 22 points and 11 rebounds.  6-5 Sr. Michael Young added 21 points and five rebounds.  Benton Nighbert chipped in with eight points and six rebounds.

Jalen Washington led Frankfort with 12 points including two three point baskets and six rebounds.  Anthony Robinson added nine points and nine rebounds.  Travis Skelton also scored nine points.  Jeff Quire chipped in with eight points and four rebounds.
