Clinton County coach Darrell Thompson started the following lineup: 5-8 Jr. Ansley Stalcup, 5-7 Sr. Alex Beard, 6-0 So. Kayla Dicken, 5-7 Jr. Shyanne McWhorter, and 5-7 Sr. Tara Elmore. Allen County-Scottsville coach Brad Bonds countered with 5-11 Jr. Morgan Rich, 5-8 So. Savannah Gregory, 6-1 Jr. Holly Robinson, 5-7 So. Jordan Brooks, and 5-7 Sr. Katie Young.
Allen County-Scottsville pulled away in the second half to defeat Clinton County by a score of 69-43. ACS shot 43.4% from the field including four of nine from the three point line. They connected on 19 of 25 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 17 Clinton County turnovers. Clinton County shot 30% from the field including two of eight from beyond the arc. They connected on 11 of 18 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored five points off 10 ACS turnovers.
Morgan Rich led Allen County-Scottsville with 24 points, five rebounds, and three steals. Holly Robinson added 18 points, six rebounds, and three blocked shots. Savannah Gregory recorded nine points, nine rebounds, and four assists. Jordan Brooks chipped in with seven points and seven assists.
Kayla Dicken led Clinton County with 14 points and nine rebounds. Ansley Stalcup added 13 points and seven rebounds.
