Henry Clay coach Eric Sanford started the following lineup: 5-9 Jr. Kerrigan Davis, 5-8 Sr. Kamari Boyd, 5-10 Sr. Areanna Porter, 5-6 Jr. Jazmine Richmond, and 5-6 So. T’Laya Lyvers.  Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Sarah Bridenbaugh started the following lineup: 5-9 Jr. Nicole Armstrong, 5-5 Jr. Kristina Rosen, 6-2 Sr. Brooke Todd, 5-4 Sr. ShaKeema Jackson, and 5-4 So. Ezzy Ighodaro.

5-7 Sr. Alisha Jones scored on a steal and a layup at the buzzer to give Dunbar a 45-43 victory over Henry Clay.  There were seven lead changes and four ties in the game.  Dunbar shot 34.1% from the field including three of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Bulldogs connected on 14 of 25 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 14 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 33.3% from the field including four of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on five of nine free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 16 Dunbar turnovers.

Brooke Todd led Dunbar with 12 points, 11 rebounds, and four blocked shots.  ShaKeema Jackson also scored 12 points including two three point baskets.  Ezzy Ighodaro chipped in with 10 points.  Nicole Armstrong pulled down 10 rebounds.

Kerrigan Davis led Henry Clay with 12 points, seven rebounds, and three assists.  T’Laya Lyvers also scored 12 points.  Kamari Boyd chipped in with eight points, four rebounds, and two blocked shots.
