Mayfield 48 Bethlehem 0 – Trajon Bright ran for 224 yards and four touchdowns.
Paintsville 30 Pikeville 6 – Paintsville stunned Pikeville to knock them from the unbeaten ranks. Pikeville had defeated Paintsville 62-8 in the regular season.
Raceland 41 Fairview 14 – Carson Christian carried the ball 24 times for 185 yards and three touchdowns.
Williamsburg 55 Harlan 13 - Skyler Griffith completed 11 of 17 passes for 199 yards and four touchdowns.

Lexington Catholic 43 Rockcastle County 20 – Reese Ryan completed seven of 10 passes for 181 yards and five touchdowns and carried the ball twice for 50 yards and a touchdown.

Cooper 27 Franklin County 6 – Seth Keller score two touchdowns on interception returns to lead Cooper.
Graves County 13 Christian County 0 – Cory Crider carried the ball 25 times for 242 yards and a touchdown.
Iroquois 14 Bullitt Central 0 – Iroquois improves to 11-1 as Larry Jackson carried the ball 23 times for 138 yards and two touchdowns.
Pulaski County 55 Letcher County Central 12 – Mason Helton carried the ball 12 times for 119 yards and three touchdowns.

Ballard 29 Pleasure Ridge Park 8 – Ryan Dawkins ran for three touchdowns.
Central Hardin 21 Bryan Station 20 – Koree Kupinski threw a 30 yard touchdown pass to Zach Helton and Garrett Kasey added the conversion kick with six seconds on the clock to give Central Hardin the victory.
Meade County 27 Scott County 24 – QB John Wilson ran for four touchdowns and the Green Wave made a late defensive stand to earn the victory.
Simon Kenton 35 Lafayette 21 – Dillon Powell carried the ball 33 times for 201 yards and two touchdowns and added two receptions for 88 yards and two touchdowns.
St. Xavier 12 DuPont Manual 7 – Blake Roshkowski scored on a 50 yard fumble recovery for the deciding score.
Trinity 38 Male 31 OT – Trinity intercepted a pass in overtime to secure the victory.
