Henry Clay coach Eric Sanford started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Kerrigan Davis, 5-8 Jr. Anovia Byars, 5-10 Jr. Jordyn Jackson, 5-6 Jr. T’laya Lyvers, and 5-6 Sr. Jazmine Richmond.  Shelby County coach Jason Holland countered with 6-1 Sr. Katie Hudgens, 6-1 Sr. Mackenzie Raizor, 6-0 Jr. Justus Martin, 6-1 Sr. Savannah Raizor, and 5-7 Sr. Jordan Holt.

Henry Clay outscored Shelby County 19-8 in the third quarter on their way to a 50-38 victory.  Henry Clay shot 38.5% from the field including two of 10 from the three point line.  The lady Blue Devils connected on eight of 15 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 25 Shelby County turnovers.  Shelby County shot 33.3% from the field including two of seven from beyond the arc.  The Lady Rockets connected on 18 of 28 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 16 Henry Clay turnovers.

T’laya Lyvers led Henry Clay with 19 points, 11 rebounds, and three steals.  Jazmine Richmond and 5-5 Sr. Kennedy Coney each scored seven points.

Justus Martin led Shelby County with 15 points, eight rebounds, two blocked shots, and four steals.  Jordan Holt added nine points including two three point baskets.  Mackenzie Raizor recorded six points, eight rebounds, two blocked shots, and two steals.
