Lexington Catholic coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-8 Sr. Rachel Blake, 5-6 Jr. Sarah Bonn, 5-9 Sr. Caroline Lynch, 5-1 Sr. Bailey Browning, and 5-6 Sr. Tori Pippen.  Henry Clay coach Eric Sanford countered with 5-9 Sr. Kerrigan Davis, 5-6 Sr. Jazmine Richmond, 6-1 Sr. Hannah Young, 5-6 Jr. T’laya Lyvers, and 5-6 Sr. Destiny Carter.

Henry Clay defeated Lexington Catholic by a score of 52-45. Henry Clay raced out to a 13-2 lead but Lexington Catholic rallied and actually led 33-31 after three quarters. There were 10 lead changes and seven ties in the game.  Henry Clay shot 39.2% from the field including three of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on nine of 16 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 29 points off 24 Lexington Catholic turnovers.  Lexington Catholic shot 44.4% from the field including seven of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Knights connected on six of 12 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored nine points off 11 Henry Clay turnovers.

T’laya Lyvers led Henry Clay with 20 points, 11 rebounds, and seven steals.  5-8 Jr. Anovia Byars added 12 points, four rebounds, and four steals. 

Rachel Blake led Lexington Catholic with 21 points including four three point baskets, seven rebounds, two assists, two blocked shots, and two steals.  Caroline Lynch and Sarah Bonn each recorded eight points and seven rebounds.  Bailey Browning dished out six assists.
