Manual coach James Just started the following lineup: 6-6 Sr. Dwayne Sutton, 6-2 Sr. Chris West, 6-4 Sr. Jake Chilton, 5-9 Sr. Ja’Kory Freeman, and 6-1 Sr. Jarrett Harness.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-3 Sr. Isaiah Johnson, 6-2 Sr. Hines Jones, 6-4 So. Cooper Watts, 5-10 Sr. Jamel Banks, and 6-2 Sr. DJ Jenkins.

Manual raced out to a 22-12 first quarter lead on their way to a 77-63 victory over Scott County.  Manual shot 53.4% from the field including three of nine from the three point line.  The Crimsons connected on 12 of 18 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 21 Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 42.3% from the field including two of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Cardinals connected on 17 of 32 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 24 Manual turnovers.

Dwayne Sutton led Manual with 29 points, 11 rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Jarrett Harness and Ja’Kory Freeman added nine points each.

Hines Jones led Scott County with 18 points.  Isaiah Johnson added eight points, five rebounds, and five blocked shots.  DJ Jenkins chipped in with eight points.
