Lexington Catholic coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-8 Sr. Rachel Blake, 5-7 Jr. Caroline Osbourn, 5-9 Sr. Caroline Lynch, 5-5 Sr. Bailey Browning, and 5-9 Jr. Sarah Bonn. Bullitt Central coach Kyle Roach countered with 5-8 Jr. Annabelle Leonard, 5-8 Jr. Alexis Graham, 6-2 Jr. Shelby Fleener, 5-6 Jr. Kassi Gilbert, and 5-6 Jr. Bethany Peercy.
Lexington Catholic defeated Bullitt Central by a score of 62-41. Lexington Catholic shot 39.6% from the field including nine of 24 from the three point line. The Lady Knights connected on 15 of 27 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 17 Bullitt Central turnovers. Bullitt Central shot 29.2% from the field including seven of 24 from beyond the arc. The Lady Cougars connected on six of 13 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored for points off 11 Lexington Catholic turnovers.
5-3 8th Grader Jay Ballard led Lexington catholic with 14 points including four three point baskets. Caroline Osbourn and Rachel Blake added 12 and 11 points respectively. Caroline Lynch pulled down 13 rebounds and blocked two shots. Bailey Browning recorded eight points, three rebounds, five assists, and three steals. 5-6 Sr. Tori Pippen chipped in with seven points and seven rebounds.
Annabelle Leonard led Bullitt Central with 11 points and four rebounds. Bethany Peercy added 10 points including three three point baskets. Alexis Graham recorded six points and six assists.
