Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir started the following lineup: 5-10 Fr. Grace Berger, 5-7 Fr. Kia Sivils, 5-10 Jr. Lydia Taylor, 5-4 Sr. Ashley Johnson, and 5-4 Sr. Gretchen Samsel.  DuPont Manual Jeff Sparks countered with 5-11 Jr. Sydney MacBlaine, 5-10 Sr. Aricka Prentice, 6-4 Jr. Krystalline McCune, 5-5 Sr. Teanna Curry, and 5-9 So. Tonysha Curry.

DuPont Manual defeated Sacred Heart Academy by a score of 56-52.  There were five lead changes and eight ties in this game.  DuPont Manual shot 48.6% from the field including two of seven from the three point line.  The Lady Crimsons connected on 18 of 28 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 13 Sacred Heart turnovers.  Sacred Heart shot 28.8% from the field including six of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Valkyries connected on 16 of 22 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 19 DuPont manual turnovers.

Krystalline McCune led DuPont Manual with 21 points, 12 rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Teanna Curry added 13 points and eight rebounds.  Aricka Prentice recorded nine points and four rebounds.

Kia Sivils led Sacred Heart with 14 points and five rebounds.  5-7 Jr. Meghan Colley added 13 points including three three point baskets.  Ashley Johnson recorded 12 points, seven rebounds, and four assists.  Grace Berger chipped in with nine points and five rebounds.
