Allen County-Scottsville coach Brad Bonds started the following lineup: 5-11 Sr. Morgan Rich, 5-10 8th Grade Sarah Sutton, 6-1 Sr. Holly Robinson, 5-7 Jr. Jordan Brooks, and 5-8 Jr. Savannah Gregory. Monroe County coach Dwayne Murray countered with 5-8 So. Kelsey Johnson, 5-8 So. Reagan Turner, 5-10 So. Ashlee McGeorge, 5-5 Jr. Lakita Ethridge, and 5-6 Jr. Payton Cloyd.
Allen county-Scottsville defeated Monroe County by a score of 61-45. Allen County-Scottsville shot 41.3% from the field including five of 11 from the three point line. They connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored nine points off 15 Monroe County turnovers. They also held a 19-9 advantage on second effort points. Monroe County shot 33.3% from the field including two of 12 from beyond the arc. They connected on nine of 13 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored nine points off six Allen County-Scottsville turnovers.
Savannah Gregory led Allen County-Scottsville with 21 points, 13 rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Morgan Rich added 17 points, 10 rebounds, and three steals.
Reagan Turner led Monroe County with 19 points. Lakita Ethridge added 10 points including two three point baskets. Ashlee McGeorge pulled down 11 rebounds.
