Lexington Catholic coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-8 Sr. Rachel Blake, 5-7 Jr. Sarah Bonn, 5-8 Sr. Caroline Lynch, 5-5 Sr. Bailey Browning, and 5-7 Jr. Caroline Osbourn.  Bourbon County coach Bill Watson countered with 6-0 Jr. Chandie Machal, 5-8 Sr. Asia Sims, 6-1 So. Chariss Wilson, 5-7 Jr. Haleigh Yazell, and 5-7 Sr. Alex Kelly.

Lexington Catholic raced out to a 21-4 first quarter lead on their way to a 79-59 victory over Bourbon County.   Lexington Catholic shot 44% from the field including 10 of 25 from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on 25 of 33 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 33 points off 22 Bourbon County turnovers.  Bourbon County shot 40% from the field including eight of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Colonels connected on 15 of 22 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 15 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Caroline Lynch led Lexington Catholic with 25 points including 11 of 13 free throws and eight rebounds.  Caroline Osbourn added 17 points including three three point baskets.  Rachel Blake chipped in with 10 points, seven rebounds, and three steals.  Sarah Bonn recorded eight points and eight rebounds.  Bailey Browning added eight points and nine assists.

Asia Sims led Bourbon County with 23 points, seven rebounds, and four steals.  Haleigh Yazell added 11 points.
