Bryan Station coach Tommy Johnson started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Tequan Claitt, 6-0 Sr. Josh Owsley, 6-5 Jr. Deandre Dishman, 6-0 Jr. Andre Davis, and 6-0 Sr. CJ Walker.  Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Scott Chalk countered with 6-4 Jr. Darius Williams, 6-0 Jr. Jordan Lewis, 6-5 So. Dontell Brown, 6-1 Sr. PJ Corio, and 6-2 So. Taveion Hollingsworth.

The score was tied 40-40 after three quarters but Bryan Station pulled away in the final quarter to record a 68-59 victory.  Bryan Station shot 44.4% from the field including one of seven from the three point line.  The Defenders connected on 27 of 43 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 11 Dunbar turnovers.  Dunbar shot 40.7% from the field including two of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Bulldogs connected on 13 of 24 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored nine points off nine Bryan Station turnovers.  

Andre Davis led Bryan Station with 17 points and five rebounds.  CJ Walker and 6-2 Sr. Ronnie Carson added 12 points each.  Tequan Claitt recorded 10 points and eight rebounds.  Deandre Dishman chipped in with 10 points and seven rebounds.

Darius Williams led Dunbar with 16 points and five rebounds.  Jordan Lewis added 12 points and 6-5 Jr. Jacob Herrin recorded 11 points, six rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Taveion Hollingsworth added nine points and Dontell Brown pulled down 10 rebounds.
