West Jessamine coach Damon Kelley started the following lineup: 6-4 Sr. Brooks Ely, 6-3 Jr. Siah Holifield, 6-4 Sr. Dalton Crouse, 6-0 Jr. Camron Seater, and 6-0 Sr. David McCorvey. Boyle County coach Steve Adams countered with 6-1 Sr. Hagan Tyler, 6-0 Sr. Chapman Bean, 6-6 Jr. Colton Elkins, 5-11 Sr. Keagen Hinkle, and 6-0 Sr. Jeremiah Bell.
Boyle County led 41-27 in the third quarter but had to survive a West Jessamine rally to earn a 64-61 overtime victory over the Colts. Boyle County shot 51% from the field including six of 16 from the three point line. The rebels connected on six of 11 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 14 West Jessamine turnovers. West Jessamine shot 40% from the field including two of 11 from beyond the arc. The Colts connected on 11 of 14 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 14 Boyle County turnovers.
Jeremiah Bell led Boyle County with 26 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and four steals. Hagan Tyler added 15 points and six rebounds. Keagen Hinkle chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets. Colton Elkins blocked four shots.
Siah Holifield led West Jessamine with 17 points. Brooks Ely added 15 points. Camron Seater chipped in with 12 points, four rebounds, three assists, and three steals. David McCorvey recorded 11 points and 10 rebounds. Dalton Crouse pulled down eight rebounds.
