Mercy Academy coach Keith Baisch started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. Mackenzie Stovall, 5-7 Sr. Hannah Bewley, 6-0 Sr. Malerie Martin, 5-3 Jr. Jessica Laemmle, and 5-4 Jr. Madi Woods.  Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 5-10 Fr. Grace Berger, 5-7 Fr. Kia Sivils, 5-10 Jr. Lydia Taylor, 5-4 Fr. Kiki Samsel, and 5-4 Sr. Ashley Johnson.

Mercy Academy defeated Sacred Heart Academy by a score of 58-52.  The score was tied four times and there were six lead changes in the game.  Mercy shot 38.8% from the field including four of 10 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on 16 of 21 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 22 Sacred Heart turnovers.  Sacred Heart shot 32% from the field including seven of 24 from beyond the arc.  The Valkyries connected on 13 of 16 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 24 Mercy Academy.

Malerie Martin led Mercy Academy with 16 points, six rebounds, two blocked shots, and four steals.  Jesssica Laemmle added 15 points and nine rebounds.  Mackenzie Stovall recorded nine points and 10 rebounds. 

Kiki Samsel led Sacred Heart Academy with 21 points including four three point baskets.  Grace Berger added 17 points, six rebounds, three blocked shots, and three steals.  Ashley Johnson recorded five points, eight rebounds, five assists, and four steals.
