Calloway County coach Terry Birdsong started the following lineup: 6-4 Sr. Parker Adams, 6-2 Sr. Connor Wagner, 6-7 Sr. Skyler Hunter, 5-10 Sr. Wade Carter, and 6-1 Sr. Clay Smotherman.  Knott County Central coach BB King countered with 6-5 Sr. Chance Cornett, 6-2 Sr. Simon Christon, 6-7 Sr. Evan Hall, 6-1 So. Austin Combs, and 6-1 Sr. Camron Justice.

Calloway County defeated Knott County Central 73-68 in two overtimes.  Knott County Central led 68-67 until Camron Justice fouled out with 1:03 left in the second overtime.  Knott County Central had three starters (Camron Justice, Chance Cornett, and Austin Combs) foul out in this game.

Calloway County shot 47.4% from the field including five of 16 from the free throw line.  The Lakers connected on 32 of 42 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and committed 12 turnovers.  Knott County Central shot 49% from the field including six of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Patriots connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and committed 13 turnovers.

Parker Adams led Calloway County with 31 points including 18 of 23 free throws, five rebounds, and three assists.  Connor Wagner added 13 points including two three point baskets.  Wade Carter chipped in with nine points and five rebounds.  Clay Smotherman recorded seven points, six rebounds, and five assists.

Camron Justice led Knott County Central with 39 points including four three point baskets, nine rebounds, and four assists.  Evan Hall added 10 points, seven rebounds, and five blocked shots.  Austin Combs chipped in with nine points.
