Tates Crrek raced out to a 43-0 lead on their way to a 43-14 victory over George Rogers Clark. Tates Creek recorded 18 first downs and 413 yards of total offense. The Commodores were penalized five times for 62 yards. Tates Creek held George Rogers Clark to a net -12 yards on the ground. George Rogers Clark recorded eight first downs and 118 yards of total offense. The Cardinals were penalized four times for 36 yards and lost two fumbles.
Darryl Bell led Tates Creek’s ground game with 36 yards and a touchdown on three carries. Peyton Burke carried the ball five times for 30 yards and two touchdowns. Peyton Burke completed 21 of 28 passes for 323 yards and three touchdowns. Turner Gentry caught five passes for 115 yards and two touchdowns. Keaton George added four receptions for 73 yards. Jackson Beerman caught two passes for 48 yards. Laron Warner caught a 15 yard touchdown pass. Cameron Stewart led the defense with five solo and three assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 14 yards. Sakima Opsal added five solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in an eight yard loss.
Josiah Israel led George Rogers Clark’s ground game with 29 yards on 10 carries. Owen Irvin completed eight of 18 passes for 55 yards. Pierce Nisbet completed five of eight passes for 75 yards and two touchdowns. Owen Irvin caught three passes for 36 yards and a touchdown. Trevon Jones added three receptions for 14 yards. Chandler Gray caught a 23 yard touchdown pass. Jordan Conner led the defense with six solo and one assisted tackles. Ohmante Jenkins added four solo and two assisted tackles with four of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards.
