Holmes coach Mike Listerman started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Jaiden Green, 6-1 So. Raavia Commodore, 6-4 Sr. Brandon Moore, 5-11 Sr. Jordan Daniels, and 5-11 Sr. Markel McClendon.  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-3 Sr. Leander Ridgeway, 6-1 Sr. Jordan Jones, 6-5 Sr. Jordan Houston, 5-9 Sr. Jaquise Simpson, and 6-1 Sr. Isaiah Tisdale,

Henry Clay shot 53.7% from the field including 52.9% from the field in an 84-61 victory over Holmes.  Henry Clay hot 53.7% from the field including nine of 17 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 17 of 28 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 14 Holmes turnovers.  Holmes shot 37.5% from the field including three of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Bulldogs connected on 16 of 20 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 14 Henry Clay turnovers.

Isaiah Tisdale led Henry Clay with 20 points including two three point baskets, eight rebounds, and five assists.  Leander Ridgeway added 18 points , eight rebounds, and three assists.  Jaquise Simpson chipped in with 11 points.

Markel McClendon led Holmes with 21 points including nine of 12 free throws, five rebounds, and two steals.  Brandon Moore added 14 points including two three point baskets.  Jaiden Green chipped in with eight points.
