Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir started the following lineup: 5-11 So. Grace Berger, 5-7 So. Kia Sivils, 5-10 Sr. Lydia Taylor, 5-5 Fr. Ashlee Harris, and 5-5 So. KiKi Samsel.  Jeffersonville (IN) coach Mike Warren countered with 5-10 So. Jacinta Gibson, 5-9 Jr. Jaelyn Lee, 6-0 Fr. Chelsea Gibson, 5-5 Sr. Taylor Sykes, and 5-6 Fr. Jasmine Lilly.

Sacred Heart Academy defeated Jeffersonville (IN) by a score of 50-43.  The score was tied four times and there were seven lead changes in the game.  Sacred Heart shot 33.3% from the field including seven of 16 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on 13 of 22 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 19 Jeffersonville turnovers.  Jeffersonville shot 30.6% from the field including three of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Red Devils connected on 10 of 16 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored six points off 13 Sacred Heart turnovers.

5-9 So. Natalie Fichter led Sacred Heart with 14 points including four three point baskets, seven rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Grace Berger added 12 points, six rebounds, and four assists. 

Taylor Sykes led Jeffersonville with 16 points including two three point baskets.  Jhala Henry added nine points and seven rebounds.  Jasmine Lilly and Chelsea Gibson pulled down 11 and 10 rebounds respectively.
