Eastern coach David Henley started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Caleb Williams, 6-0 Sr. Kobey Jones, 6-5 Jr. Chance Moore, 5-10 Jr. Sugar Wyche, and 6-0 Jr. Javen Rushin.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-6 Fr. Michael Moreno, 6-1 So. Cooper Robb, 6-4 Jr. Cooper Watts, 6-1 Fr. Glenn Covington, and 6-1 Fr. Bryce Long.

Scott County defeated Eastern by a score of 72-60.  Scott County shot 53.7% from the field including four of 11 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 24 of 27 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 19 Eastern turnovers.  Eastern shot 35.8% from the field including two of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on 20 of 25 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 21 Scott County turnovers.

Bryce Long led Scott County with 23 points including two three point baskets and 11 of 14 free throws.  6-5 Sr. Clem Damron added 14 points on six of six from the field and two of two from the free throw line.  Michael Moreno recorded 13 points and 13 rebounds.

Kobey Jones led Eastern with 19 points and three steals.  Caleb Williams added 14 points and five rebounds.  6-3 Jr. Jonathan Lane chipped in with 10 points.
